Bring Others Towards God's Intentions

 

In Liberia, during our last location on outreach, we met with the local leaders of the community. We asked them questions to gain an understanding of the history, people, and their current struggles. In this community Homes of Hope has had a tremendous impact on the community. There have been 20 houses built in this community The Ywam base invited us to be a part of the build. It was my first Homes of Hope house in Costa Rica. The family we built for was super sweet. The father is a taxi driver who works hard and always willing to give us a ride. Unfortunately, the wife has an injury to her foot that she had to be carried everywhere by her husband. If you would lift her up in your prayers that would be much appreciated. Overall, Liberia was my favorite of the three locations. As a team, we got to interact with those who received a Home of Hope. Asking them provoking questions about what God has in store for their family's future. Our goal as a community development outreach is to ask questions to bring their focus ultimately to Jesus. God's intentions motivates us to expand the kingdom of God.
